Upper Modern Bistro is the first restaurant opening by Michelin-starred Chef Philippe Orrico (formerly of Pierre and St George in Hullett House).
Upper Modern Bistro is located at Upper Station Street just off Hollywood Road in the Sheung Wan area of Hong Kong.
Chef Philippes’s fresh and innovative dishes of French cuisine with Asian influences served in a casual and friendly atmosphere have received rave reviews and the restaurant has been booked out almost continuously since its opening in October 2013.
C&E Art Partners currently has two artworks displayed at Upper Modern Bistro – two outstanding pieces from the Chinese Ladies series by Qiu Shengxian.
